Looks pretty enough but I bet it's not 60fps, which for a racing game is pretty much a death sentence. Gran Turismo, show us the way.

Man the lighting and motion blur look great in this game! Too bad there is still some aliasing issues and, wait, what's with the motion blur in the last screen? Why is the inside of the cockpit blurred as well? Is the driver's head being thrown forward or back? That could be a cool way to give a sense of acceleration and deceleration—to show the violent movements that those forces create in race cars....

best looking racing game by far. nothing else comes close

Phreakinpher- The cockpit blurs when you are going really fast, I think to help you focus on the road/other cars. From what I've seen in the videos, it is very effective, IMO...

That is actually one of the main features of this game distinguishing it from other race games and is part of the penalty system for crashes.

based on these newley released screen, that clearly isnt the case. for the first time ever, the backseat driver looks to actually be driving...lol

While it would be pretty naive to say this game will come anywhere close to being as good as GT5 or Forza 3, i'm still hoping for the unofficial PGR5 in this game.

The 30fps is going to hurt the game for sure, but with the right online community and gameplay anywhere close to the delightful PGR series, i'm hoping this game can be a really fun getaway from all the sim overdose i'll get from Forza 3 and GT5 if it comes out in my lifetime....

Cockpit view has some neat tricks, and i really like the tracks i've seen so far. This one just might bring the NFS series out of the gutter for once.

That supposed to the tunnel vision a driver experiences when driving very fast. I agree that on screens it looks a little overdone but let’s wait and see how it looks when actually playing yourself.

I think this exclusive car deal is just a code to unlock the BMW at startup. I don’t believe they would actually remove a car from a roster that is already very small for a shitty deal with GameStop... not unless they want to damage their reputation.
