You really hate Forza that much eh? I mean, pic 1 and 2 are clearly in "pohoto mode". Also the colors look way more crapped up in these shots than they do in Forza 3, but hell...i guess that the fan boy glasses makes up for the difference :)

Does this HugaMuga kid honestly think Shift will look better than Forza 3??? Yes, Forza 3 takes it's pics from photomode, just like GT5 and tons of other racers do to showcase car models. It's common practice.
Shift looks good, but it will have many shortcoming compared to Forza or GT games.

look how boring and blurred the environments in pic 1 are. forza looks better in all ways and if you look at these screens in hd resolution they look a lot more worse than forza.

- GT5 is not even released
- GT5 Prologue, dose NOT have photo mode like Forza 3 or Motorstorm 2.
- Photomode in Forza make the game look way better, there no console game that has that hight anti aliasing.

Thats not blur, thats Motion effect. Forza 3 uses photo mode that filters to adjust the picture so it will look better then the real gameplay.
Uh, aside from the cockpits, I don't see *anything* in this game looking any better than FM3, and that may just be because we haven't seen that many direct-feed cockpit shots from FM3. Seriously, how can this:
Look better than FM3? That car model looks hideous in terms of detail and so other things like reflections as a result, and let's not mention textures....I wish people here would try to explain how X thing looks better than Y. Simple concept really.
Hmmm, I thought GRIDs physics felt good for what they were going for( judging from the demo)- you can FEEL the grip of the tires. Also, at least the collisions were good( *cough* GT * cough*).

do you honestly think there is as much uncharted 2 bashing on this site as there is Forza 3 bashing? I find that really hard to believe. It seems that every racing game ever mention has at least 20 percent "looks better than forza 3" comments.
I think pretty much everyone agrees uncharted 2 is an amazing looking game. Some doubters but not many I've seen at least. but the forza 3 bashers go bat shit crazy in every damn thread about anything car related lol....

@ Nietzsche, dude, there is alot of uncharted 2 and NGS2 bashing as much as Forza 3, stop trying to deny it, this site is crawling with 360 dudes, and there is alot of people who say Forza 3 looks washed out, and yes as much i love how Forza 3 looks, they are right. when i go to the official Forza forum i always say they look washed out and the chrome on the cars looks horrible, but im not bashing it im just try to get devs attention, maybe they will fix those problems, it seems you fanboys get to emotional and start saying "Ps3 fanboy" and acting like victims. Fanboys are just fanboys no matter if they are PS3 or 360 fanboys.
i really hope turn 10 shows some real forza 3 action footage.
This NFS can be really good. Don't know why but when I watch videos from Shift it reminds me a bit GRiD. And after reading some interviews with developers, for me Shift is becoming that, what GRiD should have been (more sim and realistic but still packed up with action). IMO GRiD was nothing special and highly overrated (car handling was shit, no feel of car control). Only really great thing was damage model (but still not perfect).

Maybe there are as many uncharted 2 bashers, I just find it odd how seldom i notice it. Maybe it's because there are less games to compare it to, whereas Forza is compared to every racing game under the sun.
I own both systems and just get really tired of ppl siding with one console. Seems mind blowingly ignorant to me but oh well...
