Famitsu.com put online these 3 images from the technical demo of a new japanese game for Xbox 360 called Beginning of KISHIN. The game should be unveiled completely during the TGS, but if these screens are really in realtime (and they should be), it's VERY impressive.
Update : Famitsu also says that they do not know if it is game footage or a CG movie from the game. It may not be a tech demo.
Update 2: This was a tech demo, but of a movie codec. So more than likely this is CG footage.

Nice, but since it's a japanese preview and most of them are CG rendered because they like that stuff, i'll say CG preredered but guess what, we'll know at TGS in 2 weeks ! :)

It doesnt matter if its with CG,it could technically almost look like that.
Just look what Square-enix can press out of PS2.
its about getting right company...

Maybe it's a representation of what they "think will look like in the final game". ;) It's basically what most of the devs are saying who made pre-rendered trailers on PS3. It could be in-game, but without all the A.I, and Physics implemented.

Nah, it definitely looks like this was just a demo of the new codec compatible with 720p. So you can be 99% sure it's CG.

I totally agree, I love my xbox, but it doesnt really have many good japanese games.

As far as I understood, it was a cinematic from the game, used a tech demo for the new Softdec HD.
