.......*drools*....
Sorry this just makes me so excited for the movie. The game is revealing more about the movie than anything has so far.
Talk about gorgeous art though! Is it in 3D??!

Really, it's a good sign they are showing this off early. Most movie games you get little-to-no previews on until they are just popped out. Good movie games (they do happen, sometimes) actually get exposure and press early on, just like any other game. Spider-man 2 was a great example. They had it at E3 a year before the movie even came out.

So I think them getting the word out there on this is a nice sign that the game should be more than a crappy movie tie-in.

Why couldn't they show those pics at the Ubi soft press conference at E3 instead of letting poor James Cameron talk for 20 minutes with only the Avatar logo on screen behind him. :( ubisoft can I have my 2 hours back please...

Looks like a cross-over between Crash Bandicoot and Halo.

Really love the colors they went with. Very eye-catching. Has there been any video footage of this or no (and yes, I skipped out on their conference)?

looks incredible! The environments really remind me of Halo 1 (Which was awesome). This game would rock if it were being handled by the guy who was responsible for Beyond good and evil and King kong.

I hope its not open world though! Ubisoft + open world games = disaster :(

Looks awesome graphic but what kind of game? I guess it's a FPS MMO.

Looks like James Cameron has been playing too much Command & Conquer.

That's definitely an Orca and Communications Center in that last picture.

Looks pretty cool, just hope it's not as boring as listening to a boring 20 minute long boring speech filled with boringnessszzzzz..

Hates need to get out! That speech was totally awesome! It sold me 100% on the game and the movie too but I don't care about movies that much.

Don't Care about movies?!! If there is a movie to care about it's this one. Touted as the next generation in CGI and 3D visuals. You should really look into it....although not that much has been released about it yet.

Really? Because I look at it as 20-odd minutes of my life that I would like back.

I will stick to the movie, these movie-games aren't my thing.
But looking at these images does give a hint on what the movie looks like in terms of world and art, so I look forward to it because it looks pretty cool.

SIICKKK now I get to see what the movie is going to look like...maybe...remotely...

Oh, and the only good "movie" game adaptation I've ever played was indeed Spider-Man 2. I still play it till this day, swinging around and all.

It is being developed by the team that made King Kong and has been in development as long as the movie according to Cameron. They started as an FPS but threw that out as it did not showcase the characters well enough so I would guess it is a TPS somewhat similar to Lost Planet or Gears although the style is most similar to Halo.

I have guarded high hopes for this as Cameron seems to have been heavily involved and the team has a good track record.
