Graphical it looks really great, super detailed for a 3rd person shooter. Stylistically, from the shots we've seen, Rockstar are really nailing the gritty modern action thriller feel; the lighting and texture work in these shots is spot on.
I for one am super excited to see more of this game.
Graphically I think it looks ok, but nothing really special. What I am excited for is the physics. I was really hoping for really improved physics this console generation, but it seems most shooter games go for pretty graphics over any semblance of actual game physics (COD).
Games like this absolutely need to nail the physics of bullets and the way they impact enemies and the environments (along with explosions of course). If they are using Euphoria like I have heard, AND have a good destruction system in place, the game could look like hell and I would buy it. Graphics are extremely overrated imo, I would take a nice physics engine over shiny graphics and high res textures any day...
eh Max payne looks so meh, dude you need a shave and a hair cut and don't worry about Christian Slater suing you for likeness infrigement or whatevers.
