I think whether this succeeds in being a "true" Hitman game or not, it should still be a blast to play.

I have to agree. Even though it may not be a 100% "rooted" Hitman, it seems to be fun to play with.

If the story is on par with the visuals, then I'm all in for this one.

Considering these shots are from the PS3 version, I am pretty impressed...its up there with some of the best looking games on the system. Ill probably pick it up on PC though.

It brings up the burning question, we all need to know:

How many corpses can you store in a closet?

I'm still having a hard time buying that these are PS3 gameplay shots. The textures are just too damn good. I suppose they could be from the PS3 version, but a lot of them look like they are from a cutscene or QTE or something. Take pic 5 for example. Is there a button to walk around like a bad@ss with holding out a bible and cocking your head to the side? Doesn't look like gameplay to me.

What about the axe scene? I really hope this isn't like the new Splinter Cell with scripted kill scenes that you trigger by entering a context sensitive area and pressing a button. Kinda would kill the immersion. Still looks great, but I have learned lately to keep expectations low for old school franchises try to "reinvent themselves"....

Really nice graphics, is this running on the same engine as Splinter cell?

Game play wise i think its going to be allot more action oriented.

About the game

What's up?
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker @scoobs0688: Really? What made it so fantastic for you? I find myself barely caring for the characters, the things happening...seriously was dozing off while watching. (7 minutes ago)

scoobs0688 @Moonwalker: I loved the latest episode, fantastic stuff. (14 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker it has the grimey vibe going for it and a few cool scenes, but honestly..i'd almost call it boring. Let's not even compare it to season 1. (15 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker Saw episode 3 of True Detective, yeah it's alright i guess. Colin and Rachel's acting is fine, Vince does his thing but it's never very special. It's also not all that interesting either overall, (16 minutes ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Even w/ SLI.. after market coolers work fine for the most part. I've had two MSI twin frozrs before I went back to the single GPU thing. (3 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Maxwell sorta runs cool anyway. (3 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX If noise is your target.. an aftermarket 980 cooler is a good buy. My fans don't even spin when the card is idle. (3 Hours ago)
