Xbox 360 PS3

Electronic Arts released this new video of Need For Speed: Undercover showing the online mode Cops vs Robbers in action. As a fan of the good old Midtown Madness games, I'm getting a bit interested.

Cop chases are what made this series so magical back in the day. It's looking as fun as ever.

I have never cared for the Arcadey Need for Speed... more arcadey than PGR series, but not fun like Burnout... This does remind me of Midtown Madness... and that is a good thing.

I did like Need for Speed High Stakes years ago on the PC, but never cared for the console versions.

This video, has me curious enough to rent when it comes out.

haha, midtown madness ^.^ That was my first racing game o.o

Looks good. I always enjoyed the other NFS's but they were much much better back in the old days. More fun with someone to go up against so this is much more interesting to me then other stuff =)

Nice, this game looks really fun. There's only one thing bothering me and it's probably because I'm asking for too much. But the cars in NFHP2 feel a bit heavier with slightly more believable braking and traction relative to how fast they were going compared to the cars in this trailer. These cars move as realistically as cars from a Burnout game. I like the looks and the sound of this game however, I'd just like to see the cars move a bit more like NFHP2. I'm not asking for Forza 2 in game like this, but the tuned cop car's doing 0-60 in like 2 seconds flat and the Audi is pulling like 3 G's around the corners. Even TDU isn't that over the top.

I'm sorry but Midnight Club L.A. takes a shit on all arcade racing games, this included. End of story.

My main problem with the Need For Speed series are the open cities...

I simply don't enjoy racing in them.

All the tracks are just randomized crap, with shitty corners and a street way to wide and sometimes, you dash through a small alley full of trashbags, pillars and other stupid obstacles that make you angry when hitting them...

This open world racing is starting to get boring.
Won't be getting this one.

Just when I lost faith in the NFS series, then come back with a vengence.
