F1 2013 was released on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC last week and as usual, we captured a bunch of gameplay 1080p/60fps videos of the PC version of the game. The classic mode is the main new feature this year, which is why most of the footage we're shwing is focused on this mode. That being said, we've also added a video of the scenario mode.
The driving sensations with a racing wheel is really good again, especially with "Classic" vehicles with which we must adopt a different driving style compared to modern ones that are a little more permissive. Indeed, the cars of the eighties require more caution while accelerating and braking, otherwise you quickly head-to-tail or shoot straight blocking the wheels.
The videos were captured without any driving assists, manual transmission, with a Logitech G27. The AI was set to the fourth out of five difficulty levels.
difference was barely noticeable. Checked some sites, they recommend at least 1.98m, so i do that, difference was instantly noticeable, lol. The question is, do you want to sit 2m away from a 65''? :P (3 Hours ago)
I have to come back to that about 4K, me and my stupid ass didn't take into account the viewing distance. Stupid me was watching both 1080p and 4K Netflix at like 3.5m away from the 65 inch TV. (3 Hours ago)
ooo Pyre on discount and it comes out next month! I didn't even realize it was coming so soon (13 Hours ago)
@Moonwalker: I imagine the bitrate for most 4K streaming is going to be significantly less than the bitrate on most 1080p blu-rays. (16 Hours ago)
These shows already are crisp as can be on the B6, not demo video crisp. Was kinda expecting that from Netflix 4K. Guess i really need to see a 4K BR disc. (19 Hours ago)
I deciced to upgrade my Netflix to 4K, was curious. Gotta be honest, watched episodes of Better call Saul, House of Cards and so on, i have a very hard time seeing a difference at all. Disappointing. (19 Hours ago)
