First announced in 2006, briefly back in 2008 with a title, it is truly in 2011 that Aliens: Colonial Marines started its long and slow journey to get to our consoles and PC. After playing the first 5 missions of the game, we can say that it is pretty disappointing in most areas, even when you are a big fan. Visually dated, plagued with clunky controls (auto-aim can't be turned off and it's still almost impossible to aim correctly when using iron sight) and very poor weapon feedback, the list goes on and on. That being said, it's not the kind of game you'll stop playing once you've started it, well if you're not the demanding type that is. All in all, it is a rather mediocre title you should only play if you don't pay it full price.

@KORNdog: Still very different. More like Diablo but the "game feel" is not as polished. Systems are more well designed, but I have to give it to Diablo when it comes to fit and finish. (9 Hours ago)
@GriftGFX: like divinity? Better or worse? Might be one i dust off the xbox for. (10 Hours ago)
The economy is unique and will probably seem strange to new players.. but every system is cleverly tied together in PoE. (10 Hours ago)
And yes.. the passive skill tree is pretty insane. It has a healthy mix of rigid decision making in its passive tree and flexibility in the active skill system. (10 Hours ago)
Path of Exile is an endlessly playable action RPG and Pillars of Eternity is a turn-based single player game w/ a party system. (10 Hours ago)
