First announced in 2006, briefly back in 2008 with a title, it is truly in 2011 that Aliens: Colonial Marines started its long and slow journey to get to our consoles and PC. After playing the first 5 missions of the game, we can say that it is pretty disappointing in most areas, even when you are a big fan. Visually dated, plagued with clunky controls (auto-aim can't be turned off and it's still almost impossible to aim correctly when using iron sight) and very poor weapon feedback, the list goes on and on. That being said, it's not the kind of game you'll stop playing once you've started it, well if you're not the demanding type that is. All in all, it is a rather mediocre title you should only play if you don't pay it full price.
... to connect to each other for multiplayer? (16 minutes ago)
Question for you guys, since most of you are console-centric. Is the playstation network cross compatible with their older consoles? For instance, do ps3 games also released for ps4 have the ability.. (16 minutes ago)
Just saw the slasher movie Scare Campaign. Rather damn nice actually. Some surprises/twists too. Watch it! (1 Hour ago)
On a different subject all together. if only the entire world acted like this: [url] (2 Hours ago)
Gears 4 is a refinement of the Gears 3 formula, which is great if you loved Gears 3. @alimokrane: I'm partial to the Embar & Overkill. (2 Hours ago)
@Phaethon360: I agree on the enemy variety, definataly but I simply love the little tricks and bits they added here and there. Best weapon has to be the DropShot. Ball of fun! (2 Hours ago)
But with regards to variety, do you mean enemy variety? Because I agree. That is spot on. Gears 3 had so many different Locust & Lambent classes which kept Horde rounds fresh, Gears 4 does not. (2 Hours ago)
