In less than a month, we'll leave summer behind to embrace the Fall, so Italian developer 3DClouds.it decided we could use some more cheerful colors with the Early Access release of All-Star Fruit Racing. The game is obviously inspired by the likes of Mario KArt, Crash Team Racing and SEGA ALl-Star Racing, but it is focused on fruits, with a juicer system which allows you to fill up several tanks with the fruits you collect, the power of your attack depending on the number of filled tanks you have. We haven't had time to play much, but here are 4 gameplay videos in 1440p. Being an Early Access title, some things still need fixing and balancing, like hte mixing of sound effects for example. The game is very smooth and pretty nice to look at, but for now something seems to be missing to make it feel like you're driving a kart instead of an hovercraft. More info here.
It goes away, like. I suppose that's why ipd is important. (1 Day ago)
@toelessfoot: Eyes? What about brains? I've heard stories of side effects like some people not feeling like their hands were their real hands in real life. Distance judgement problems etc (1 Day ago)
@MrWhite: Hopefully only using vergence on current VR isn't messing up our eyes lol (2 Days ago)
