Dead Space 3 has arrived, after months of waiting, we are finally going to find out if Visceral stayed true to the franchise. After playing the first 5 hours of the game in hard mode - and completing the first 7 chapters -, we can say that the game is a lot more faithful to the first episode than we thought it would be. Some will paradoxically bitch about the feeling of deja vu, but at least you'll get your share of dark corridors and low gravity sequences - something many feared would not make it to the final game after months of snowy media. Only when reaching chapter 8 will you discover Tau Volantis for a welcome change of scenery, or so it seemed since it's exactly when we stopped playing. Take a look at our 360 videos and find out if there is something for you in this third installment of the franchise.
@Tiz: Yeah.. it keeps track of the number of times anything is launched and how much you've played it. Apparently the 3DS activity log is better, but I thought i was a nice feature anyhow. (2 Hours ago)
@GriftGFX: Is that for each game? If so, then I am happy. Can't wait to buy a WiiU this fall. (2 Hours ago)
@Tiz: The WiiU has a great timer/log built into the OS. (2 Hours ago)
@Tiz: i have decent pc too, so if it wasn't for Bloodborne i wouldn't even think about console. :) Also the indie support that both companies promised, year later we still have yet to see it... (2 Hours ago)
Also, WiiU and Bayonetta 2, the only thing I hope they've done with Bayonetta 2 is increase the amount of hours played shown on your save file. People need to know how many hours I've put into it. (2 Hours ago)
@Seth: Last gen still has a lot of life in it. So you are good. I was considering getting Destiny, but I just tried Diablo 3 demo and I'm actually enjoying it far more than the Destiny Beta. (2 Hours ago)
@Tiz: i'm hoarding up these xbone games (thanks xbox.com), not that will be buying the console anytime soon tho. :p (2 Hours ago)
