Konami's Puddle was released last week on Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network and here are a couple of videos to show you what it is about. Basically, your goal is to bring a certain amount of liquid to the end of the 48 level, using physics and reflexes to do so. Patience and skills are then required to get the gold medal each time. Contrary to what one might think, the game is not too frustrating thanks to its relaxing soundtrack. Its main flaw is actually its loading times which are way too long for a game which will have you retry some levels a few times.
Which apparently has "no games" according to people who supposedly love JRPGs ;) (3 minutes ago)
@alimokrane: Attach rates matter too. See PS Vita. (3 minutes ago)
And not just for some but some experiences. VR stuff that's developer for VR is obviously the best VR stuff. (4 minutes ago)
@KORNdog: VR improves for some. Remember that not all people can handle VR. (17 minutes ago)
but at the end of the day it's still just a sold separately peripheral. and you can't force any dev to support a peripheral. (49 minutes ago)
kinect is different though. it sold for the same reason the wii did. not necessarily because it actually improved the core experiences associated with gaming. VR however, does. (50 minutes ago)
@alimokrane: demand of hardware STILL isn't being met in a lot of places. software there is a steady stream of releases and sony have their big FPS coming too, not to mention 2 studio's set up for VR. (51 minutes ago)
