Xbox

It's been a long time since I wanted to also work on the playstation side of gaming and it's with great pleasure that I've opened Playsyde today ! If you already have an account here, just log in on playsyde with the same password.
Of course Xboxyde will stay exactly the same and will be updated as regularly as ever.
Needless to say that fanboys/haters are not welcome on any of the sites. A Xbox fanboy trolling on Playsyde will be banned from both sites at the same time. You have been warned!

Congratulations on the against all odds great variation on the "xyde" name concept using "playstation". I've actually been thinking and wondering how you'd solve that. :D

A revolution themed "xyde/syde" site would be pointless. Why provide HD media of games on a console that refuses to embrace HD? The intention with these sites, from what I gather, is to offer the best, most accurate high definition media of any of the popular games sites. Not even if you pay for IGN or Gamespot memberships do you consistently get 720 media, be it images or videos.

All these sites will provide "full" res Revolution media already, so why would Blim mirror those here at his own expense, time, effort and money wise?

I'm excited about the Revolution as much as the next guy (just read that the new Gamecube Zelda will use the rev controller for some optional stuff - great!) but that doesn't stop me from questioning the relevance of a Blim made Rev site.
