Sierra and Radical Entertainment ally to offer you these new media about their action game Prototype. It fits into the sandbox genre and tells the story of Alex Mercer who must fight both its past and a secret war into New York city. The game should be available next summer.

I so hate the term Sandbox..

It looks better than I thought it would be.

I rather call it "freedom gameplay" it somehow sounds limited, but yet it isnt.

I like the ideas behind it. I like the story and what they're going with but as for if it will work or not is another thing.
A Sandbox game of the year? A little early to predict that i think lol

even if the graphics arent so good i think the gameplay will be really fun. and it looks like it has an interesting story (no something u see that much in sandbox games, other then GTA of course).

I am a big fan of the developer, and their story sounds somewhat interesting, but the look of the game bores the crap out of me. The main character looks like a homeless man crossed with Altair from Assassins Creed. And yet another game set in New York :(.
