The multiplayer closed beta of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege will start tomorrow with 14 operators, 3 maps and 2 game modes. Get a glimpse from it with the following trailer.
So, to anyone who was in any of the previous alphas/betas, does this actually still have the level of destructibility shown off in the original reveal?
when I played alpha the same spots were the weak areas every time.
Entire buildings aren't destructible just key areas that people will try to utilize each game.
I think they have to limit it otherwise it makes your barricade strategies on the opposing team kinda pointless
I really doubtfull about ths game. Because in R6 Vegas 1-2 when we push aim button we were going to the Third Person Camera.. But now it s gone... :( I m not so sure about this game. Waiting for revievs and what about Single Player Campaign? Because i m not kinda multiplayer guy..

R6 never had that cover system originally and tbh even though it was kinda cool didn't belong in a title like this which btw is MP heavy.

Not sure there is any sp campaign. Last I heard it's just coming with 10 maps - full priced game. All future dlc apparently free...so you don't feel like they're taking the piss as much as they are doing.

“Just to let you know there is a single player experience which is done through Missions. These pre-set scenarios expose the player to the content and mechanics of the Siege and are specifically designed to be played solo as a Lone Wolf, but can also be played cooperatively with up to four friends.”
just sounds like the MP maps with some enemy AI and no squadmates. which sounds fucking gash. but then it's ubisoft...so...yeah :/
what's weird is that early on they commented on how most people's main question after the reveal was "whats the single player going to be like". so they're aware of it's importance but decided against it. you just gotta hope this game bombs as hard as the online only "the crew" so they get it through their moronic skulls that a single player component is needed in a game like this. especially where the online element is comparatively limited and shallow compared to the variety offered in the competition.
but seriously, look at most of their release schedule this gen
the crew
the division
rainbow six
ghost recon
for honor
they're either online only, or may as well be given their after thought single player elements. they're such a shitty company these days.
the Division is the only Ubisoft game I have much interest at all in at this point, I loved and I mean LOVED the rainbow six games, even the vegas stuff, but the more I read and see about this game the less interested I become.
I agree with Korndog (throws up in mouth), Ubisoft is turning into a really shit company that has become very focused on trends and lost touch with the core gaming community that made so many of their games so popular.

This sucks, I signed up for the ps4 beta months ago and still haven't gotten anything.
Like Battlefront, definitely a game I need to try before I buy.
