I really liked RR6, but it propably wasnt the Super-nextGen Ridge Racer we Fans hoped for. If this one blasts RR6...oh, Microsoft will be unhappy.
However, cant wait for it

The white car is a render, just like those early shots of the red car on the 360 version. The in-game graphics just looks like it has a different lighting system than the 360 version. Environments look relatively the same in terms of texture and detail.

The lighting in the ps3 version makes a big difference. I thought the lighting sucked in the 360 version.
Ridge racer series always were one of the launch titles for sony's consoles.. expect this to be one of ps3's launch title
Looks like it's straight out of 3DS Max (or whatever modeling program).
On the other hand I wouldn't be surprised to see this game looking significantly better than RR6, given the development time.
Either way, the RR series is the RR series, good graphics or not.
