Risen 2: Dark Waters is now available on PC, console owners being forced to wait a few more months, and we took a bit of our precious weekend time to capture a few gameplay videos for you guys. Once gain, Piranha Bytes' new game suffers from quite a few technical issues (pop-in mostly, but also framerate issues on my PC - i5 3.2 Ghz, RAM: 8 Go, Geforce GTX 570) but there is something definitely appealing in being a pirate. The videos were captured using Fraps at 60 fps thanks to Miguel's new comp (i7 5 Ghz, RAM 16 Go, two Geforce GTX 680) so big thanks to him. Update: Images added.
@droezelke: I wonder what it will mean, it sure sounds scary. If this is no bluff anymore...anything can happen. I'm sure Trump could wipe out NK without much effort, but NK could make a first move (1 minute ago)
Nothing I said was inaccurate. North-Korea has stated officially that the tweet from Trump is considered a declaration of war. (12 minutes ago)
@Sdarts: What do you mean 'outside of the US'? What difference does that make? You think the whole world is ignorant? Follow the news. The facts are right there. (14 minutes ago)
for the HDR i'm hoping it takes off on pc soon. games supporting it has been slow, but when hdr-capable monitors starts showing up in a few months perhaps it will improve. (55 minutes ago)
funny enough, one of the reasons i'm getting oled is because of old games (pc-engine, mega drive etc) said to look phenomenal (with the right scaler). no blurring. (56 minutes ago)
i've seen the 6 and 7 series demoed in stores. looks very good, but i've gotta get it home and test myself to really see how it looks. (58 minutes ago)
compared to your old oled. Sony, panasonic, LG etc all have some form of ABL (backlight limiter), to prevent burn-in (1 Hour ago)
