isometric camera for a game like this? After oblivion has shown us how well rpg's like this can be made. There is no excuse. The Isometric camera should just die. There is no need for it in this game with so much detail. Then again this screen looks low rez. Maybe I'll just skip this and wait for the next wrpg.
Ye Diablo 2 is still the best.
Isometric view is the best for these type of games. So I am kinda assuming you have never played these type of games before and have no idea what you are talking about. Please stay away from the Diablo 3 thread.

Most ridiculous thing i've read here. Bashing hack'n'slash diablo-clone-wotever game for being isometric, comparing it to Oblivion ? Bloody hell....
You might was well compare this game to Super Mario Brothers....
Why should I be limited in my view for such a huge and lovely world, where even customization of characters and amour comes into play? I just think using isometric for a game with this kind of scope is stupid, it would have separated from being another diablo clone.

The next wrpg is Dragon Age: Origins...
Oh right.. You're not.

Just asking...
So you'd rather the game avoid being a Diablo clone by being an Oblivion clone instead?
Just asking...
