May must be the most crowded month in years. It's incrdible how many games are planned for may. This looks pretty good.

I don't get why they make so many of these. I'm not an enthusiast, but Every one of these bike games look exactly the same. I'm amazed there is a market niche that continues to support these every year...

I wish they were released every two years. These way developers would release a much more polished product, with some more innovations. But then again I guess they consider this way too risky.

But this one is looking good though, and I haven't bought a bikes game for a long time now. Look better than the MotoGP game though.

Played the demo, and the game felt EXACTLY the same as it has for 5 years now. They talked about how much they are improving the physics and everything, but i couldn't tell the slightest bit of difference. I imagine you have to be a REALLY big fan of bike racing to drop $60 a year on this. It feels like an underdeveloped mode in a real racing game like GT5 or something.

BTW, the demo looks NOTHING like those beautiful screens, at least on PS3 so don't get your hopes up. The least they could do is add some physics to the riders if they are going for realism. Watching your rider fall off and spin in the exact same way every time without proper friction and body motion looks terrible.

About the game

GriftGFX @KORNdog: Still very different. More like Diablo but the "game feel" is not as polished. Systems are more well designed, but I have to give it to Diablo when it comes to fit and finish. (3 Hours ago)

KORNdog @GriftGFX: like divinity? Better or worse? Might be one i dust off the xbox for. (3 Hours ago)

GriftGFX The economy is unique and will probably seem strange to new players.. but every system is cleverly tied together in PoE. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX And yes.. the passive skill tree is pretty insane. It has a healthy mix of rigid decision making in its passive tree and flexibility in the active skill system. (4 Hours ago)

GriftGFX Path of Exile is an endlessly playable action RPG and Pillars of Eternity is a turn-based single player game w/ a party system. (4 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX No they are not.. they are both RPGs and they both have isometric cameras but that's where the similarities end. (4 Hours ago)

Tiz I always confuse the PoE abbreviation with Pillars of Eternity. Are they even the same type of game? (4 Hours ago)
