Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity video

Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity video

Sega distributes a new video for its futuristic racing videogame Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, in construction for the Nintendo Wii and Playstation 2 consoles. The tracks seem well detailed while the gameplay can be described as fast with many crazy tricks on hover boards. Launch is planned February 22, 2008.

another sonic game that has too much characters that makes no sense, i thought sonic was the fastest, sonic one n 2, and sonic adventure one was the best, after that they went shitty...sonic with a bunch of stupid characters that sucks. they need to go back to just sonic and tails, forget all the other stupid characters shadow and the rest...

Yes, Sonic needs to be either stopped in his tracks or severely upped in quality. Every sonic game since 3 has basically been a bunch of shit. except the portable ones, sonic advance was alright. And this? Some hover board thing? Some times, more often than not now days, i wish Sega would have gone bankrupt with the Saturn, when they still had their own hardware with some good titles to offer.

Also, they market Sonic like he's cool. Is he cool? I think he's silly. But then again i'm not a 12-year old Japanese boy. Maybe that's it?

Argh, I'm extatic about this. It's compatible with the gamecube pad which - despite me being a fan of wiimote waggle in Excitetruck and the like - is gonna make more sense in a twitch based racer like this (and F-Zero for that matter).

Rediculously punishing learning curve aside, the first one was good fun, and Billy Hatcher is playable in this so it's obviously a must. :D

Well i dont want Sega to go bankrupt but this rediculous sonic craps need to stop, i am a fan of Sonic was then n still is. but all these crap that they make with characters thats so stupid to me is just a waste of time, yea sonic advance were good i still have them all, because those are mostly just sonic and tails, the way it was menat to be... now they just need to get their formula together and make the right games with soneic and everthing will be ok....

Moonwalker @digi_matrix: Lol that is brilliant. I love when a dev puts detail like that in a game. How is Last Light by the way?Anyone playing it? Reviews a bit mixed... (4 Hours ago)
  • digi_matrix
digi_matrix I don't think you've played enough Metro, because there is humor in these games to offset. Uhlman in 2033 was pretty much comedic relief. Call of Duty takes itself more seriously than Metro. (6 Hours ago)

KORNdog @Tinks: not fitting at all, but i guess it's fun..yeah, no argument there. (6 Hours ago)

Tinks it's pretty innocent fun (6 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog I could see them working in a game with themes that fit, say, army of two, or team fortress. But it doesn't really have a place in a game like metro... (7 Hours ago)
