The more I see of this game, the more I don't want it.
I wish they'd just go back to the dynamic of Sonic Adventure's original setup. Give me a long Sonic only adventure and shorter Knuckles and Tails adventures. Have extra characters in there as parts of the story or as NPCs to keep the universe I admittedly love intact, but create compelling gameplay around the most beloved ones. Sonic 06 kind of had that down albeit with a Hedgehog only team, but it was a rushed glitch ridden mess.

This game seems to have all the same problems as the Rush games, they lack platforming and thought, it's nothing but speed. The were wolf parts seem to be an attempt to make up for that, but they seem jarring and unnecessary here. Would it have been so hard to have some slower platforming parts of the level, without any silly gimmicks?
They at least seem to be getting back on the right track with the games, but I don't see this as being the redemption.
This game looks more like a racing game on the Sega CD, where you die when you make the wrong choice.. which was exactly the thing I hated in Sonic 2k6 and Sonic Heroes.
To be honest, in Sonic 2k6, I found Silvers gameplay alot more enjoying then the crappy highspeed glitch stages of Sonic.
every time i watch a video i want the game more and more!!
