Atlus released these images of the J-RPG Spectral Force 3, delayed a bit and now planned for a release at the end of July in the US. The game was actually released in 2006 in Japan, and hopefully the game will reach Europe too.
It looks awesome, but not $60 awesome. I mean, I'm scared that I won't pick it up and it will not go down in price, instead become very rare... but I would pay 20, MAYBE $30, cuz this doesn't look like a "current-gen" game visually, nor does it look to revolutionize the genre.

Atlus charging full price for their games isn't a new thing guys. They've been doing this since Disgaea for the PS2, which used sprites that looked like they were taken from a PS1 game. The great thing about most Atlus titles(especially Shin Megami series) is the storytelling and gameplay. No matter how bad you think it looks, it will definitely hook you with its story and gameplay. You just have to figure out for yourself if story and gameplay alone are worth 60 dollars.
I guess it makes sense, from a business perspective. Since it's a niche title you want to get the most money out of the people interested. That doesn't make it any less despicable though...
