Ubisoft just confirmed that both Xbox and PC versions of Splinter Cell 3 would be released before the end of the year, with PS2 and NGC versions coming later. The game is now named Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Just to do like Bungie, Ubisoft also released 2 3d screenshots of the game.
