Looks like the chliché, big-boobed latina to me. Pretty boring design.
I also don't like these little stops after each hit. To me, they interrupt the flow of the fight.

she reminds me of king from tekken in that regard. her grapple focus is similar too. i'd imagine it's a way to balance a character who hits very hard. i dig her though. better then the other female wrestler woman that was revealed, that has been the worst for me so far.

Not Americans apparently, well proportioned females seem to offend people for some reason. Specifically in games. And nobody seems to mention how Ryus biceps are almost twice the size of her boobs. Beats me :D

It offends SOME people, not most. And i imagine most of the people claiming not to buy these games because of issues like this, probably weren't going to buy them to begin with, but do like to complain a lot.

LOL. Have you've seen the downspiral of Anime nowadays? Most of the female characters have exaggerated boobs. They definitely like that stuff.

You must not have watched or played many Japanese animes or games from the last 10 years then. Because skimpy outfits and a lot of ecchi is in almost every Japanese anime or game nowadays.
Seriously, it's to the point that sometimes it makes very hard to take certain characters seriously, and not just simply as fan service/sexual icons.
Though the Street Fighter universe shouldn't be taken that seriously (i.e. Hakan, Blanka, Dhalsim, Twelve, Oro, Necro, Skullomania). So just enjoy the nice features of the ladies - or guys, whatever floats your boat - and enjoy the game.
Not all characters have to be taken seriously, especially in a cartoony looking fighting game... I think some people want to complain for the sake of complaining. Personally, i love her colorful outfit as much as her boobs.

As per definition it's not even fetish, so it's perfectly normal for men to have a thing for secondary gender characteristics. Now if you had a thing for feet that's something else lol

Some men prefer like ass or legs to boobs, i frankly dont care about those unlike boobs so yeah.
I think what he's saying is that liking boobs can't be classified as a fetish as pretty much all men like boobs, even if the degree of appreciation perhaps varies slightly. Preffering ass is not the same thing as not liking boobs and liking boobs is, for men, pretty natural :P
I mean, obviously you can fetishize anything, but a fetish is per definition an irrational or excessive devotion to something.
