Rockstar released two semi-new images of Table Tennis that we didn't have in the database, to be released in around six weeks. It looks great, but this game in particular really needs to be tested before buy for me.
i think this game is a great idea...table tennis is a good sport and very hard to master...fair play to rockstar for bringing a much needed original xbox360 title

I think Rockstar is trying to create a better "public image."

Its alread £30.. some sites have it for £25 ... thats more than a bargain!
And this i what I REALLY hate.. EVERY SINGLE table teniis thread someone always says "here the violence? wheres the hoes?" Or something like that. ITS in EVERY SINGLE TABLE TENNIS MEDIA! It really gets on my nerves. If they try something new people imeediately think its for their public image. First of all I doubt anyone in my school, and they all play video games(i got too a boy school), their casual gamers. They dnt know wtf is the hot coffee mod.

Then Rockstar makes a game that isn't violent but still manages to bring the frustration and addictiveness of a violent game in ping pong ..and people are screaming "OMG WHERE IS THE VIOLENCE! ROCKSTAR! HOW COULD YOU! NO HOOKERS?! NO BULLETS? JESUS CHRIST"

I dont know about the violence, but the hinted sex is definately here:
This game looks cool, but I have seen a preview of this game and is pretty slow paced.
It just doesn't look right, especially while tabletennis is a very fast paced sport.
Topspin 2 on the other hand, is TOO fast paced, very un-natural looking.
Ah well, if it's fun you can't really go wrong for 30-40 euro's, I suppose.
