The game will be available next month but Test Drive Unlimited 2 is back in video today with this new Developer Diary entitled "Power is nothing without control". The video focuses on the new physics engine and the various driving sensations it brings. Please note that Gamersyde will have the opportunity to test the game next week!

Simulators do not have permanent driving aids, hence it isn't a simulator. You'd have to have either not played it or played it very little to be that clueless about it. Doesn't mean Forza 3 isn't a great game though because IMO it is.

Genuinely wasn't trolling, they're different types of games. Simulation and arcade racers shouldn't be grouped together. Leave LFS, iRacing, rFactor and rFactor 2 in one category and Forza, NFS, TDU and midnight club in another.
Just because they're not sims doesn't mean they're not great gamess. I really enjoyed Forza 3, shift and hot pursuit and managed to like GT5 and LFS too.
Anyway, TDU2 looks like it could be good but I'd love for them to change up the handling physics. It kinda put me off the first one and I'd love for them to mention in what way they've improved them for the second.

as for TDU2 there is 1 thing no mention has been made of and thats bookmarks, this was 1 of the main features i liked about tdu1 apart from having no problems with the handling of the cars (seams like a lame excuse to me) but obviously as its been rebuilt from scratch many of the memorable bugs like hitting bushes and making the cars/bikes jump high in the air ect will be gone.
the other thing is hardcore mode, and i hope with this reworked physics engine the dragstrip wont be full of saleens and bugattis.
