Atari proudly announced today that a few more or less legendary cars from Aston Martin would be available in Test Drive Unlimited. So here are a few "ingame renders" of the DB4 GT Zagato, DB9 Volante, DB9 coupe, V8 Vantage and Vanquish S V12.

The visuals of this game are quite amazing. I'll only seen little snippits of gameplay and im still not sure about this game.
Beautiful looking cars though.
im getting more and more hyped for this game the more i see it. just owning some of these classics will be cool but doing it all in a virtual world is great. buying cars via menu's etc is very unrealistic. i cant wait to walk around the lambo or aston showroom and purchase a new diablo or a db9
You have to be on drugs to compare this to PGR3. Look at the 12th shot, check out the wheels. They have no depth, your car is running on paper-thin alloys... Nice shaders, poor models.
Nowhere near the quality of PGR3 as far as the cars themselves, but not that bad. The interiors I don't like AT ALL. They look too cheap--flatness all the way. In fact, nothing is done better than PGR3's cars. The reflections seem to be on par, but everything else.........NOTHING.
Oh and I know some people will say "WTF? Are you crazy?" So i'll give examples.
The rims are still 2d :| Check picture 12
Door handles are also 2d :| Check picture 17
Interiors are generally flat, using bump mapping and normal mapping I guess to makes things look more like they should, it doesn't quite work. Check picture 6
The emblems are also part of the painjob, check pic 12 again.
Don't get me wrong, I'm very interested in the game, I'm just stating that graphics wise, there's no comparision and that's a fact :D
in terms of how many cars will be on screen, i dont think it was ever going to beat pgr3. But i am very interested in this game. I imagine it will look pretty good in motion.
