Man this was great. One of my biggest concerns was whether there were going to be day time levels in the game. I mean, when you have an engine and game this beautiful, it would have just been a total shame to not have day light levels as well, and so i'm really glad there will be!

OMG Gears of war only 50% complete and using only 1 X360 core and it looks better than all fake sony demos lol.

Yeh, only one core and it looks so good!
I don't even want to imagine what would happen if they used all cores. :p

The game seems to shaping up really well, they got some really cool mechanics and they are really trying hard to make the gameplay stand out.

Good read, kudos to all who helped make the interview, thanks Blim for the info.

This game sounds like so much fun. Not only to play but to actually work on aswell!

yeah i like the bit where he talks about other aspects of the game, like the day time, puzzle, monsters, and vehicles...i was getting a bit too one minded about this game since the footage that they ahve shown has all bin the same nighttime against the same enemies

The only thing that could happen once they use those other cores is hopefully a silky smooth frame rate

Locked 30fps is silky smooth.

He basically told you right there that they dont want 60fps and if they get it they will add more effects and bring it down to 30.

Which is absolutely perfect for a game like this, if you're running about firing all over the place you're going to be dead in seconds anyway!

very nice

the best 360 game i think and only one 360 core being used sweet but will all the cores be used in the final version of the game or are they going to add a core every time they make a new gears of war game lol

We’re planning the game point A to point B start to finish; my goal is to make it entertaining and worth $50.

ha this is only going to be 50 dollars mabye all games will be like that

Great interview.
I don't think that 3 cores will be not possible at this ealier lifetime of the x360.
Nontheless I will pick it up when it hits the shelf. Lots of great games for our next console.

About the game

What's up?

Sdarts I only started watching Into the Badlands 3 weeks ago, before the start of the second season. The first season only has 6 episodes, so it's easy to binge/catch-up. Really liked it since the beginning. (4 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts But as a "Hero Drama" or just simpy "Drama" show, it's good. That's why I recommend Into The Badlands, it has great fights, a serviceable story and some very good characters. (6 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @Moonwalker: I do get it. As a "Action Hero" show, it sucks since there's not much action and even the little it has, it's frankly average quality-wise. Nothing impressive as Daredevil's. (7 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker Yeah I'm really not getting all the negativity about Iron Fist. I find it a very enjoyable show actually. (11 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts And some of the characters use superpowers, not really a spoiler since it's revealed in the first episode's half. Almost all the fights put any in Iron Fist to shame. Seriously. (23 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts I really, really, really recommend "Into The Badlands" on AMC: [url] It's not a AAA show - doesn't have the budget. But the fight scenes are great. (25 minutes ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts Basically, what he did in the last episode was what he was supposed to be doing from the 5th or 6th episode onwards, instead we kept learning many families' histories. (27 minutes ago)
