I've been asked quite a few times to reencode some of my TGS videos with a better resolution and if possible a better framerate. So I'll put online some of our videos from the TGS in 720p and 640x360 resolution, using a 50 fps framerate (PAL camcorder). Let's start with the DMC4 presentation.
The 720p versions use the WMV9 Advanced Profile codec (WVC1). If you are using XP SP2, simply follow the link on the video download page to install its latest version. If you are running another version of Windows, simply open the video with Windows Media Player and it should download another version of the Codec. MAC and other OS users should use the latest nightly builds of VLC.

Nice videos, but i rly rly think that HD videos should be encoded at 30fps, i mean, now i can barely see anyvideo at 720p 60fps, its like the Lost Planet trailer on Xboxyde, nice looking and all, but all choppy because of the insane ( and unnecessary ) hight Framerate.

Actually with a video card that does WMV9 acceleration a 720p60 video shouldn't be any problem at all. My main PC (2*Dual core opteron at 2 Ghz) couldn't play a 720p30 video when encoded as XVID, but plays a 720p60 video without any framedrop thanks to the video card acceleration. Any recent mid to high range videocard should do.

The HD video works perfectly fine on my PC (Intel Core 2 Duo, or something like that). Just bought it yesterday and I'm going through Xbox/Playsyde enjoying all the HD videos. I believe you're the only site dedicated to hosting actual HD content. The ones at GT are horrible resolution. So thanks!

The videos work perfectly. Great work BlimBlim on the reencoding. Still, BORING AS HELL game. Not excited for this game, seems like DMC 3 but with better graphics and worse AI. After playing NG, DMC seems so flash and no substance.
I hate it when the woman says "sugoi desu ne" no, woman, it's NOT awesome.

I dont know what DMC games you're playing but the DMC series is anything but boring. Why do people always have to play up their favorite game by putting down other quality titles?

You can easily replace "game" with "console" when it comes to this guy... definitely a fakeboy (in this instance, an Xboy feigning interest in PS3 and PS3 games in order to downplay them/extinguish hype).

Luckily for PS3 owners, you get to play both games (plus Heavenly Sword and the inevitable God of War sequel).

cause if my mates find out i bought a ps3 for one game they will probally beat 7 bells of shit out of me lol
