Xbox 360

It looks like Microsoft tried to be sneaky by putting the Infinite Undiscovery TGS trailer only on the Japanese Marketplace, even if the video itself is subtitled in English. Strange choice, but as long as we get the content who cares?

awesome, you the man Blim!

Game looking good so far, well still can't really make out much of the battle system. That segment went by rather quickly, but I don't doubt tri-Ace in that department.

Also, the Sakuraba music is an added treat.

Think it looks better personally, especially the battle engine.

is it like a mix between turn based and realtime? i pretty much hate turn based, but i loved Eternal Sonata's take on it. I hope this game blends the two styles as well...

Let me ask you JRPG a question.

This seems to have the same combat style as Phantasy Star Universe?

Like you can run, turn the camera any time you want, and you HIT buttons to do attacks, but its still an RPG were you have to level up and gain items...etc.

Am I right?

If so...nice!

I like these kind of games alot, but most JRPG are turned based so I look the other way. But if this is like semi real time then its cool.

Anyone knows if the combat is like that?

Just wondering here, have you ever watched anime/manga like One Piece or Bleach? If you do then do those names make any sense to you? Well, they don't to me But who cares!

Yeah? If thats a fact then it looks cool :P
But I hope we get more gameplay footage so I can get the sense of idea how this exactly plays out, even if its just short.

PS. Awesome orchestral and choir...my favorite style! (my only one actually :)

The CG was beautiful but I would like some more battle scenes. It looks like 360 will have plenty RPGs for a long time.

You may be right, but your only guessing.

We haven't seen enough in game video to tell, nor have we seen any previews from magazines or web sites.

It could turn out being very different that it initially looks.

looks pretty good...looks the natural evolution from their ps2 games...certainly doesnt look graphically better than WKS...especially considering enemies in WKS will have bigger scale. Definitely a nice trailer though

In 3D the scale of an enemy doesn't matter. Appaloosa when they made Ecco Defender of the Future commented on this. At first they where able to block a path with 3 jelly fish in2D. But in 3D even with300 Jellies players could still get by. However they could scale the enemies to any lvl without stressing the hardware. hehe they said that on a question how 3D affected thier level design ;).
