lol ive never played a demo so much as i have the dead rising one muct be over 2 hours in total

I played the Dead Rising DEMO for 5 hours straight.... I love this game. Ever since watching Dawn of the Dead I wanted to be able to do that. I fcking hate waiting for this game... and it sucks that it isn't codefree. At least I will be able to import the ltd Tin Box edition from the UK once it gets released... since this game will never be released here in germany.

I bought a 2GB usb stick today for mp3 use in the 360. Dead Rising and Björk's song Army of Me goes together surprisingly well. Or Batchelorette "I'm a fountain of blood in the shape of a girl".... Or Prodigy with Hot Ride.

The psychedelia is pure GREATNESS. Just dont consume anything other than orange juice while playing and listening to those.

Dead Rising is the most awe-inspiring game I've played since PS2's Ico way back in 2001.

tane2k2: no White Zombie though? Good choises, but I'm going for the Requiem for a Dream sort of monster-refrigerator insanity.. I just noticed Björks Hunter is good too. Has that Lux Aetera sort of melody... NICE.

I know people complained about not being able to transfer mp3s to the hdd, but with 2GB usb keys for 40 bucks, who cares!

the game is awesome - albeit challenging (but only because the friendly AI is STUPID) as this game requires you to be at a higher level to do certain things like rescue all of the survivors - as you need the extra inventory space to give them weapons and health as well as stacked-book weapons and health items

that and 3x speed, 200% attack, and 12 life and inventory bars VS 4 bars makes the game easier =p

Im still not sure if Im going to buy this.

The demo is fun and all that but since you cant really try out any part of the story or do as much as one mission I have a hard time figuring out if the game will be as good storywise as everybody claims or if it is simply hack and slash all the way through.

I'm really excited about this game, for sure, but what's up with all these loading screens, damn, nearly every 30 seconds a loading screen appears.
And what's up with people only being able to speak in cutscenes, in-game you only get to see subtitles, that's pretty cheap, though the very decent cutscenes do make up for it a bit...
