Gatling Gears was released last Wednesday on Xbox Live Arcade and is in fact a good old shoot them up that will remind a lot of the old Run and Gun games of yore. It sure does not bring much to the genre but the game is still a solid title to play alone or with a friend (local or online). There are 6 chapters (including the prologue), each being composed of 5 levels. Each chapter ends with a boss fight that you have to take down in 3 steps without any checkpoints to make it easy on you. The game is actually quite challenging in medium and hard mode but it should not take you more than 6 hours to complete. The question is, are you ready to pay 1200 Microsoft points to get it? The answer is really up to you, so give our videos a look or, better yet, try the demo.
what could they possibly drastically change/improve in those few months? (8 minutes ago)
Crackdown 3 delayed to Spring 2018. Wonder if it's ever coming out and if it does, will it be worth it? I am fine with a delay because man, that E3 reveal was a huge let down. But then again (8 minutes ago)
Sonic Mania is the most fun I've had playing a 2D Sonic game. Good stuff. (1 Hour ago)
It always feels good to return to the land of Zandarkan with "Wandering Flame" playing in the background. (1 Hour ago)
The graphics are in real time btw, so it's not just video files. (2 Hours ago)
@KORNdog: Its basically an interactive movie because you can't even move a character around. But if its good with choices that actually matter and if priced right im definitely interested. (2 Hours ago)
