As expected DjMizuhara managed to buy Lost Odyssey today, much less expected was that his 7th (yes, you read that right) Xbox 360 would have so much trouble reading the game's DVD, leading to slowdowns during the cutscenes and even crashes... He still managed to capture some videos, starting with this one where you'll certainly recognize the demo area, but with still quite a few tweaks since last year!
Update: Added the second part, with finally some new stuff!
Update2: And here comes the third part, named "City"...
Update 3: 4th part is up, with the definitive proof that DjMizuhara is indeed British!
Update 4: 5th part is online, and a last one will follow later today.

Page 1 2 3 4 >>Oh, and the voice acting was TERRIBLE: "What, what is that?" "I've never seen that before" in a really deep and unevocative voice. eurgh.
Beautiful graphics though, and I guess the main character looks good design wise. I think the rest of what I've seen before shows better design than that CG video. Hope the VA is better too.
Its so beautifull game!
Personally I gave up on the 360 after my 5th one, but might just buy another one when this game drops. We'll see if it's really all that, or another cheap FF knockoff!
COME on Part 2 ^^
Can you make pictures from the cover and from the DVDs, please ???
Ohh i must wait till February ^^
Is the Japanese Version Region Free ???
Framerate looked really bad in places, and I'm not ovninced that was due to the drive problems. Could be I guess. This makes the combat look very dull, and I hate the character designs in the CG, it's the false philosophy that more is better. The action was cool though.

I get Mass Effect for Xmas, and after I finish, this should be waiting on the shelves for me. I've skipped Blue Dragon and Eternal Sonata, but these two look to fill the RPG void.
Now if they could just get Square to make a Chrono Trigger game for the 360...

Verry little new stuff here to, second part is more or less the demo yet over again, except they added a tiny bit more route to get to the town but nothing really to see.
I hope we get to see somethign REAL new soon.
again, it's the beginning of the game. i really should reserve all judgment until i see some battles after 10-15 hours in when most jrpg's start to pick up. i'm just saying that enemies hitting for < 2% of your total hp doesn't bode well
it looks much better than the demo and it doesn't look like there are any technical issues. great stuff!
i hope there is a difficulty setting. this looks to be 'blue dragon' easy. i understand that it's the very beginning of the game but it looks like you couldn't die if you wanted to. there's nothing like non-challenging combat to kill the feeling of immersion

(Or maybe I can't connect to DjMizuhara's PC and upload the 3rd video, but the result is the same)
Blue Dragon was great if you liked 'old skool' JRPG's. This looks to have a more serious tone to it. Not sure if I like the whole FFXII vibe it's got going on though...
You are supposed to be overpowered in the beginning of the game.
