If your a FPS fan you have Perfect Dark Zero, Quake 4 and Call of Duty 2.
If your an action/adventure fan you have Kameo, Condemned, Gun and King Kong
Racing fans have NFS:MW and PGR3
Sports fans have all those EA games
Finally we have a console launch with both quantity AND quality.
Now i just have to line up for hours to try get myself a 360 :(
Hopefully loads of videos for us Brits to view since most of you get week before us :D
Gonna get expensive though, decisions, decisions, decisions.
title in Europe thats a week's difference :S
well i won't have a problem, i'm only getting Perfect Dark Zero for now and some Obivion + Saint's row later :D
No DOA4 although I heard it might come out next year in Europe.
Well I guess it's PDZ, COD2, Kameo and PGR3 for launch! :D
Thanks for the list BlimBlim.
Examples:
They kinda only translate children's movies to dutch, wich i can imagine a little bit because the 4 year old's can't understand english. But when i'm on a trip to germany or france i kinda hate it how they translate movies/tv series, i saw terminator 2 on a german channel once, and i laughed my ass off: They had Arnie translated to german by some squeek voiced actor, who screemed: "ICH KOMME ZURUG" or how ever u spell that.
Same with translation of a game, i NEVER EVER use a translation for a game, cause if i do i would laugh my ass off just about how lame every character sounds.
Same with translating of windows, u got a dutch version of windows, man that shit is just plain irritating. I can imagine kids or non-english speaking folks (that's like 1% in holland :D) being happy about it. But for me (and i know ALLOT of people who share my opinion) it's just annoying and a waist of time.
I grew up watching english spoken movies/cartoons/games and whatever, that's how i kinda learned english (everybody get's english on school here but they teach u "moron" english) and i think children learn english much faster by watching and hearing english allot.
it's also irritating when they do subtitle's over here. I sometimes laugh really hard on how they translate it. For example; Star wars, you got R2D2, when his name is mentioned, the subtitle says: artoodeetoo :D
