See here's the problem, isn't everyone just gping to want to be either a Jedi or Sith? I mean, i'd totally roll a bounty hunter or Agent or something like that, but i still imagine 90% of all wankers will just be running around with their dual blade light sabers trying to force choke bitches while wishing they were darth maul.

this game desperately needs chat bubbles. was very frustrating even attempting to get someones attention who was right in front of you when playing the beta. this is probably small thing for most people, but for me it will end up becoming a huge annoyance the longer i play. I like my MMO's to be sociable, not a single player game peppered with other player characters who never talk to you

Jedi and Sith are what makes Star Wars so unique IMO, they are the superhero/villains of the series. Who wouldnt want a lightsaber to do cool melee fights and use the force to force hold, force push, lightning, leap attacks...etc.

He's not saying Jedi or Sith are a problem. He's saying the other characters will likely appear boring to everyone and they'll just be ignored.

Ah, well they arent boring IMO, but I just love melee and powers combined so thats me.

Though I seen alot of troopers and Han Solo's in the beta :P

Well I have been playing the beta, and a lot of people are liking more BH than Jedi or Sith.

Yeah but that's the people hard core enough to be in the beta, when everybody gets access i bet there will be at least an 80% slice going jedi/sith :)

Also, most people in the beta--including myself--did not choose the class they plan to play at launch, so if most went Bounty Hunter or any other ranged class (excluding consular), then most who participated the beta likely go for the Jedi/Sith melee classes at launch. Unless by some poor choice everyone in the beta decided to go try out the class they plan to play at launch, forgetting that they cant transfer over their beta characters into the main game, forcing them to go through hours of the same quests all over again at launch.
