so bought, some little things i don't like, such as his re-design, voice, "trendy" retractable compound bow. i just hope it's more like the first 2 games, rather then the 3rd in terms of it's design and approach. dishonored will be hard to beat though.

If Thief is to be good it should be absolutely nothing like Dishonored.
My prayers has been heard. I really hope, it will have the same thick atmosphere, great sounds and fucking scary zombies. I dont want it to turn into some infinite arrows take-downs. I dont like that Assassins / Dishonored style of trailer. If You remember the trailer for first Thief, it was absolutely awesome! Almost demonic. I dont care about the voice, seems ok for me, even the younger look is ok, but please....dont try to make it a Wow effect game. It has to be dark and depressive. No room for trendy shits here.
These previous games were for real players. Not for some hip shooters like today. No tutorials how to crouch and such shits. You are a Garrett and You have to steal this. Do what You can. The great balance forced You to enjoy every bow shot You made and explore the levels to its every corners. Oh...and sometimes, I almost shit myself. :-D
