tomb raider begat uncharted, uncharted begat tomb raider. looks good. animations could use some work tho. she looked like a wooden ragdoll falling down that hill. and i HATE her voice. it's SO offputting, ruins an otherwise awesome trailer.

Maybe is just me but that looked Terrible IMO.

The only reason it look a bit like Uncharted is because Uncharted look like Tomb Raider. :p

I also haven't been following this, but this HAS to be a younger Lara, because she seems so much more fragile and innocent.

It looks like a lot of hard work is being pumped into this. I wish the fascination with cutscenes would end though but it's how you get your game noticed i suppose. Mind you it's just a trailer anyway i guess

Tomb Raider has obviously been on the decline but i think this type game generally is starting to tire fans. Even uncharted which does it's thing spectacularly well is in danger of this. I think devs know this and that's why they take the route of being like a film. It's likely the only thing they think can realistically do

it's her origin story.

Looks alright, I've already been waowed by Uncharted doing all this stuff, just looks like they are trying too hard to play catch up. Her character really doesn't come across well in this trailer, very wooden and the voice acting for Lara is pretty poor.

This looks like a game that's in love with the smell of it's own farts. Why do some devs take games so seriously?

How do you download trailers when clicking "Main server"? It just plays in vlc player and I can't find the file.

How can anyone honestly sit there and say that this doesn't look good or find things to pick at it? I'm amazed at how good that looks. Seriously, this game could be one of the stand out games of this generation. I've not played a TR game since the 3rd one on the PS1, but by god, I think I'll be buying this one. Absolutely top tier work all round there, especially from the artists working on the visuals. Outstanding.

The game looks great. Im excited for the new direction. Also, if i had a gripe, it would be Lara's voice. Its worse than ever now.
