Hahaha, this looks sick, it's cool to me. Just dont make it too cheesy then it's gonna be boring just whooshing all over i dont mind it a few but
if thats all he does then its gonna be dumb...

Theres a blog on IGN which explains why his doing it, its one of the styles of charcaters you can be[he can get much faster as you level up]

looks like he is ice skating, I also think the sword effects should be removed, it makes his swings seem jerky and flailing.

Still, it looks better than it did in its e3 reveal and I am interested to see how it turns out

THe game looks to run so much better now ^___^

I still think its funny on this site how alot of you guys think you know how to make better games than Silicon Knights. All i ask is wait for the game to come out ..after all your watchin a crap little video here? You don,t have the PAd in the Hand- HDTV on the go ..... Just wait

P.s I think you guys should read the post as well "this new video of Too Human showing the Berserker class in action"

Animation doesn't look as iffy as in the last trailer I saw. Oh well, I'll see how this game will turn out to be. Watch a movie every once in a while and not expect too much.

they need to work on thier engine cause it doesn't look appealing

so all you have to do is move the analog stick in the direction of the enemy and he warps over to him and attacks him. seems a little too elementary..

Too Flop :P

That's mostly because it's an RPG for the most part, not an action game.

Think of it as a 3D version of Diablo.

After seeing the DMC and NG2 animations... this looks kinda lackluster

damn that video made the game seem like absolute trash. Made NG2 and DM4 look that much better now

if by "fixed" you mean neutered, well then yes, you neutered the logic out of his post....this video resembles a bloodless "ninja magic"-less NG2 more than anything..dashing and slashing included, just not as polished with vaseline..i spy with my little eye an ocean of hypocrisy.

You should realise that these are completely different types of games.

hack and slash fun

can you move the camera closer to the character?

I think time has played alot for the games appeal. If this was released last year a few months after 360's launch, it would definently receive a better reception than the one it will receive upon release

I understand that fully :) However this slice of the game, the combat side, leaves me underwhelmed... and I realize it's an RPG/Action type of game, and that having the best of both worlds would take an immense amount of resources. I just think releasing a combat intensive video at the same time as the DMC and NG2 hype kicks into full swing is abit unfortunate i guess.

I think they should show more footage from different aspects of the game at this stage in time, until they make the combat look a bit more interesting

Why do people keep comparing this to NG2 and DMC4, its obviously nothing like either of them.

Its more of a hack and slash RPG than anything else.

Combat may never look very interesting, as we know that RPGs are more centered on story telling than gameplay, don't expect this game to be even closely comparable in terms of gameplay than either NG2 and DMC4.

This game is probably more close to something like KUF:cod, however this game actually has a story behind it.

And so you've played through both KUF and Too Human to already know that KUF doesn't have a story behind it? Funny, thought both games are still pending to be released. I sure hope you got something to back up your claims.

New KuF game has a demo on the Korean marketplace, he might have played it.

Mass Effect's combat is also flawed and clunky in many respects, but the overall game still rocked.

Too Human's battle system doesn't look to have much "wow" going for it, but the game underneath may still deliver.

amerakindesi @Tiz: who is joe staten? I agree with your point though (9 minutes ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz If Joe Staten is working on H6, then they have a lot less to worry about as he can steer Halo's cinematic direction very well. (4 Hours ago)
  • Tiz
Tiz @amerakindesi: I think the planets are aligning quite nicely for Halo 6. They don't have to worry so much about multiplayer save for map design. Now they can focus efforts on the campaign. (4 Hours ago)
  • aphex187
aphex187 Best Xmas game evah! :D [url] (5 Hours ago)
  • amerakindesi
amerakindesi @Tiz: halo definitely relies more on individual skill, because every one is essentially the same character. halo is a still a great idea of a game. i hope they improve on "halo" for 6 (5 Hours ago)

docLEXfisti Snatcher was awesome, played it on the European Mega CD (7 Hours ago)
  • droezelke
droezelke @Moonwalker: I agree. Other than the Metal Gear series, he didn't really present something as good. And I thought MGS5 was ultra boring (8 Hours ago)
