Activision released these new images of Marvel Ultimate Alliance and a brand new trailer, quite well done. The Marvel fans should be delighted by this game.
The ground texture on the PS3 version looks a tad worse, and may be lacking the bump-mapping that the 360 version has. Need better comparison shots to make a proper conclusion.
The textures in the first PS3 pic are just hideous.
They both look bad, but 360 version does a little bit better. But, both aren't really up to next gen calibur. And, even the Darkness devs stated that 360 games will have more texture in memory. So, yea.
The 360 version definetly looks better texture wise, but at any rate this will most definetly end up in a couple people's collections. You ever wonder who buys the games you don't?
no anti-aliasing for the PS3 shots either. You would think it would be easier to implement on the 3 than the 360, with the 360 requring tiling afterall (unless they are using predicated tiling, or whatever it was called where the driver handles it).
Early days of course. No doubt the 360 version will be out first as well. May well be effort is being put into it as priority now.

It has nothing to do with the systems, as direct-feed screenshots almost never have AA applied to them. Also AA is significantly easier to do on the 360, as the hardware has 10mb of RAM built in SPECIFICALLY for AA purposes and nothing else, whereas the PS3 does not. Both systems can do AA no problem, but the 360 takes less of a performance hit because of this extra RAM.
