Capcom and Clover Studios updated the official site of Okami with these new images and a trailer painfully converted from a flash video with a slight sound desynch. As always, this looks awesome.

Man, that is real SOMETHING. It's gonna be one of the most artistic games ever just like ICO and Shadow of the Colossus.
The song that is played during the lat 2 minutes of the trailer seems very nice too. Sounds quite like FF or Kingdom Hearts vocal themes ;]

This looks great but I've seen some serious slow down in some trailers. Other than that this'll probably be one of the best PS2 games.

In the prevoius trailers framerate was indeed droping in some fragments, but in this one everything is perfect. I guess they basically improoved the code of the game ;}

Famitsu gave it a 39/40 and they are very stingy with there Scores above 37

I think only about six games have gotten a perfect 40... or seven I forget.

Drool... this game is absolute fabulous. The PS2, even with the number of games released slowing down, has had a really good last 12-15 months. This, FF, Kingdom of Hearts, Shadow of the Collosus, God of War, etc toss in all the ports (RE4) and yearly titles (like Madden) and the PS2 has had some really good legs. I still think the PS3 should have been released in 2005, but Sony has done an excellent job of getting great titles out the door to justify the extra year.

How big is the game world? Is it just a big overworld that you can run around like Shadow of the Colusses? That would be cool with this art style.
