I'm not a fan of simple cover shooters. We are no longer in 2008. The same applies to Gears of War. That's so generic.

uncharted has never really been that due to the verticality of the encounters. you're doing a lot of your fighting hanging on or off something. i agree in regards to gears of war though. they need to do something with that. i'm hoping the reduced armour makes for a much more agile protagonist.

I have just played the Uncharted trilogy on PS4 again. The gameplay isn't entertaining after a few minutes. But Gears of War is even more monotonous.

I am looking much more forward to Horizon. Hopefully it really comes out this year.

Its definitely gonna be more interesting mechanically than previous games but Uncharted has never been about complicated controls. I myself really want to see how the AI specifically has evolved from TLOU. Tlou's ai had bugs but it was much more complex and interesting than most games.

But it looks like shit. Ryse looks better IMO.

Correction: indoors + char models look great, outdoors and open vistas look like garbage. At least on these screens.
