NBA 2K14 is now available on PC and this version of the game is clearly based on current gen consoles. To find out what next gen has brought to the franchise, we'll have to wait a few more weeks. Since I am not such a good basketball player, I'll definitely need a bit of practice before I can show you a few gameplay videos, but until then, here's the half time report of my first attempt as I was playing Miami.
Update: Gameplay video added. It's not great, alley-oop is missing, but it'll give you a chance to see the PC version in action anyway.

Have loved this game series since it was created by Visual Concepts back in the Dreamcast days.

I don't play it any more, but man, when my brother doubles down on a few quarters of what is undoubtedly the best basketball game ever? It's hard to take my eyes off.

Something tells me this game won't be taking advantage (very much) of next gen hardware but even so it truly is a fantastic series with the my player mode being so insanely addicting. All they need is co op online season mode and I will be in b ball nirvana. Got tix to the bulls' season opener, can't wait for the season to begin. Go Chicago!!!

Could have sworn that was from the TV spot on unspecified hardware other than the fact that it is next-gen?

Unless they confirmed it was from the PS4?

Damn that is actually very impressive. But replays don't mean all that much. If gameplay on a closer camera looks like that I will be one happy fucker : )

Big NBA2K fan ever since the 1st, but 2K12 was so frustatingly hard (even on lowest difficulty i got my ass alley-whooped all the time) that i almost completly lost interest in the franchise. HARD ? Yes please, but do also include an EASY mode for the no-pro's godammit !
