Almost three years after Alex Mercer's new birth, Prototype 2 is about to introduce us to a whole new main character going by the name of James Heller. Not much has changed in this sequel, which basically means it is still a rather entertaining game with a few flaws. The lack of novelties will probably one of them for some, as most missions are very similar to those of the first opus, repetitive gameplay - though undeniably fun - could be another one for others. The graphics have been improved over the first Prototype but they are still way behind other open-world games, inFamous 2 being the first one that comes to mind. Here are a few gameplay videos showing extracts from the first hour of gameplay.

@Phaethon360: Brink (PC) was great :) (7 minutes ago)
@GriftGFX: Nah I'm not gonna resort to that, I'll power through til the end. At least its pretty and runs smooth as butter on my rig (24 minutes ago)
@scoobs0688: if you're just getting unlocks and playing on the PC, I've heard downloading a save game works. (1 Hour ago)
