PC Xbox

Ever wondered what the guys behind Pariah been doing for the last years? They said they were working on Pariah 2 a year ago or so, but that wasn't it. Groove Games has announced Warpath, planned for Xbox and PC. And what's so great about it? It will enter stores this spring with a 29.99$ pricetag on Xbox. Maybe this means that developers finally have understood that we won't pay the same price for meh-graphics (Xbox) as kick-ass-graphics (Xbox 360). Maybe i will get another game for Xbox this year

There is some really great scale in this as well. I just hope that is similar to xbox footage and they're not fooling me.

Looks ok.. this is a surprising announcement though, have they kept this one secret for all this time until now? Also I thought they were developing Dark Sector for the 360, or is that canned?

I'm really wondering why they didn't honestly. If it turns out well, I'll buy it on the PC. I just can't buy Xbox games anymore.

You do realize more people buy more console games than PC games and that console gamers see no reason to spend $1,500 on a gaming rig when they can play these on their couch for $150. The world does not revolve around people on PCs, it revolves around the masses.

They make these games because they sell. 70% of the market is games in the first person perspective.

The fact you ARE buying them, just on another platform, is good enough reason for publishers to put them on consoles where the majority of gamers are.

Yup i hear ya, 360 needs more orginal content, although for a game to sell well they need to be on a console.

I would rather buy a game on my console and settle for lesser graphics than i would for my PC, the only games i buy on PC are those i can't get on consoles. (i'm sure there any many people who think that way also)

It would have been nice to see this on 360 instead of xbox, but looks good non the less.

The Xbox just has way to many shooters.. No wonder Sony and Nintendo fanboys call it a PC.. That's what I mean..

We need more proper racinggames and platformgames imho.. Only PGR3 and Kameo qualitfy atm..

It looks like people are seeing through their seemingly cunning attempt to rename the Pariah franchise, in light of the first game's lousiness.
(not that it didn't have anything worth building on)

I'll probably check this out. I'm ashamed to admit it, but I actuallyl liked Pariah. Yeah, it could have been a lot better, but it was a fun first person shooter. The engine was great, the gameplay left a lot to be desried, but I did have fun with it. This looks like a good 'discount' game to play on the XBox.

another uninspired lookin' PC FPS . . ... I'm really glad I own a 360 . ..... so I don't have to choose between 480 FPS, 60 WW2 Games, 14 RTS Games, 8 Racers and 2 RPG's every year - it's always the same on PC . ....
