I know some of you are waiting for the video of the PDZ presentation from yesterday, but it's not ready yet. So in the meantime, here is a rather short but nice cutscene/gameplay video from the now well known garage level. This video should be watched just to get a better idea of the graphics, as the guy playing was obviously not a gamer...

Awesome quality, and this is the cutscene I was raving a bit about in the forum. I can't wait for this game, man, in just a few days it's become my most anticipated 360 launch title.

ohh man what a bloooody noob... yeah i agree .. great graphic espacially the enviroment.. but how joanna and the other guys look like i just dont know not thaaat good...but graphic isnt all.. if the gameplay is good then everthing will be more than fine

The only problem that I have with the game is Joanna, she looks too cartoonish... but that's my only complaint, the rest of the game looks awesome though.

This clip really made me think A LOT better of this game!
The textures on the motorbkies were not that good, but when the shooting began and shit started to explode the game was running damn smooth. Plus the gameplay seems really entertaining.

Looks good, reminds me of that game Oni. I wish they'd fix her to look like one of those DOA chicks, and give her some of their moves. Now that will kick seriously ass...LOL.

I'm sure the best tip is to wait until we can play the game ourselves. American reviews often crap up games and hype *remembers the silly ass Halo 2 hype*. Not that I found any european review disliking the game...

Anyway, hopefully we can play the Xbox 360 in stores soon. I remember playing Fuzion Frenzy a couple of months before the release, in a store - dreamt about the console the night after and pre-ordered the console the day after. Before that, I didn't have a thought about buying the system.

PGR3 will be a must buy for me, right now I'm trying to decide if I will choose this over CoD2.

Lord all mighty its beautiful! The textures, lighting and explosions are superb. I think a lot of people were thrwon off initially because they equated art direction to bad graphics, the character models aren't overly detailed because that was a choice, not because the game looks crappy because any game with those textures can never be considered crappy looking. Personally, I love the art direction, very similar to Timesplitters which is pretty much my favourite game. One thing's for sure, anyone who thinks these graphics could be done on Xbox is either blind or just trolling.
