Oh shit I just came back from MP, I only played Horde but it was so much fun I think it's now safe to say this is one of the best games I have ever played. The AI in horde is so freaking awesome, I can't believe it. The mode is so well done, really awesome. The locust, but specially the boomers are now a classic game characters. We were like 4 really good guys (:P) and we beat level 50 of horde, just amazingly fun, the most fun MP of this year of course. (I haven't played L4D, they say it's good). It was that snowy level with two homes, which I think makes it relatively easier, but damn, fun fun fun.

At one point, there two or three riders (is that what they are called?), and a boomer inside the house, and all four players too, haha it was such a mess.

Yeah, Horde is arguably the best multiplayer mode I have ever played. It's that darn good.

Hmn......I'm sure we were not playing on insane, and not the easiest difficulty either. I don't know to be honest, I'd say hardcore just to make it seem that much better :P

Is there a way to check? I can ask some of the guys I was playing with too. Someone else asked me that earlier today, now I'm curious what difficulty we were using.

Those scores look pretty good to me, mind you, I haven't *played* all of those games yet. World at War is pretty striking in particular though, because, the more I play it, the less I like it. I told me so.

I'm not sure if there is a way to check. The achievements you earn are for any difficulty, even casual. So, I'm gonna guess you were on casual. Yup.

Yeah, I've just been playing a bit of Horde with randoms, and fuck, it is an absolute blast! I haven't had such fun playing with other people online since Spies vs Mercs.
The battles just seem so intense and varied and really encourage teamwork and employing actual strategy. I fucking love it!

I'm still playing the SP coop with a friend, we're still ACT 2, but fucking hell, it's such a ride!

it took me and four of my friends a while, but we made it through horde, 1-50 in one sitting (on normal difficulty). that 50th wave is still giving me nightmares, normal or not, those bloodmounts are horrible.

Yep have to agree Horde is now becoming an addiction for me, but either i must suck or the people i play with as i have yet to past wave 32 on Hardcore, i must blame the others i play with as i'm just fracking fantastic, so it cant be me?

I believe that the host can select what wave you start from and the difficulty of the horde.

I've only played on Hardcore, but I can safely say that it is bloody difficult. I've only got to about wave 25 or so.

Me and some mates started on wave 40 on Insane... I still get nightmares about it.
