2nd playthrough i am one shotting the guardians, takes 3 shots for a Badass Mutha Guardian :D love it, leveling freinds is just fast as fook.

Agreed. Borderlands rox and dlc is really cool. Love this game but damn I cant find any powerfull sniper ( on lv50 hunter with zylions of hours spend farming, playing etc ). Gotta start my second pt with siren and first one with soldier. Love this game big time !

If your on PSN i got some, my current one is about 680 damage with X4 fire, basicly 1 shots level 51 guardians, but my proficeny is level 50 with snipers, which helps :D

Garalto have you done the 5 chest New haven run on second play through ? do that for half hour and you will have a couple of ledgendry snipers to use :) if you have not done it..

Also doing the brains quests on the DLC ....yeah get ready to headshot a LOT of zombies (only get brains for headshots... which makes fuck all sense lol) after the 10/25/50/100 quests i had about 28 legend and about 15 epic weopens... thats a guess but i could not pick anymore up and i only had dark orange light orange and purples in my bag.

Side note

Whole game suffers from this on PS3 and xbox, but on the DLC on the beach where you get the quest to kill 4 mobs, holy shit FRAME RATE ISSUES! when the rakk and bats attacked me it went down to about 6 frames a second, only niggle so far has been the FR issues at times (scoped in on flame sniper when unloading loads of rounds is EVIL)
People moan for screen tearing which i despise, but i have not noticed any (ps3/xbox) just FR issues

Online was a mess on PS3, but they patched it now, voices are still a little touchy, but thats PSN overall, but its free so meh, cant argue.

Dunno, cant see any other reason why it would be delayed else, but i am not a PC fanatic and barely touch that scene (which i should do for point and clicks) so my knowledge is little on that... and my knowledge is little anyway :)

The DLC rocked my world and I finished the main quest line last night. I can`t wait to see what they`ve got coming out in the future. I am hoping for a level cap increase to perhaps lv60+ and new weapons to accommodate this. So far, My sniper is a dark orange with 684 dmg x4 fire. My mods are insane as i`m a Siren of death lol. I have ALL my fire mods on such as one that gives me +56% fire dmg & +53% fire resistance to boot. My SMG is a slow weapon with a fire rate of just 2.3, but it`s an orange rare item, it doeas 264 dmg per shot and has x4 fire too.

As for my other weapons, I have got a shot gun that fires a roughly 3 rounds per second, but it keeps on going and doesn`t need reloading for 20 rounds. My Siren has the ability via her talent tree to also make some of my ammo not cost anything, so with this particular shot gun, I have has over 30+ shots out of it before I need to reload too. My other shotty fired off 5 rounds in under half a second too which was insane in the ballistic department,....oh, and Dave, I have got a sniper rifle that does 364 dmg, but it fires off 5 rounds in VERY quick succession when zoomed-in too. I do have one that you can have that does 384 dmg x 6 too which is INSANE !!!!

Oh, I have figured out all of this hoo-ha regarding the colours of the weapons too.

White = Basic
Green = Average
Blue = Good/Better
Purple = Excellent
Yellow = Epic
Orange = VERY Epic!!

and.................
If you look at your inventory listing, any weapon that appears above any epics that you have is classed, (on the net), as being `pearl`). I have got a gun that has this feature. It is very difficult to distinguish between a white one and this colour, so all I can suggest, is that if you do see what appears to be a white weapon in a chest, (or random drop), then please check the stats before dismissing it`s potential!!!!

Oh yeah, last thing too: ALL weapons that are classed as being insanely good will have some sort of red writing within the weapon description text window too. My white/pearl weapon which I just mentioned has an amazing fire-rate, does silly damage, has a clip of 50, (plus my Sirens ability to not drain ammo), and has red writing in the text window that reads: "Big Tony Says Hi!". It truly is EPIC!!!!

Yeah i got the big tony one, flogged it to the shop 4 times... but each time i booted a game up it came back, its gone now though.

That brains quest is the worst thing they put in this game, finally got it, but good god basicly collect around 435 brains... it was like a warcraft quest :(
Oh well i got all trophies now so i am happy :) but yet quite sad, my gear is as high end as i can get it and done everything there is to do

Just watched trailer, upset over a other madmax refrence after seeing the "suburbs" mentioned somewhere i got my hopes up for some "burb" kinda expansion, refrences to that movie would make my day, still i will buy it, cause this game is to good.

Picked up the game today with a friend (I'm playing it with him right now). Don't actually think it's that good. Leveling up and finding new gear is basically all there is to it. I'm not very far in, and already feel kinda disappointed. Does the story pick up at some point (or dare I say, does it ever get interesting?).

Well it's loot game. No story or other things to do. Just loot and levels.
