No wonder the analysts are up on THQ lately. I never expected UFC to 1m and Red Faction is supposed to be doing very well too.

I don't see Red Faction doing very well at all, but we will see next month. I'd be surprised to see it crack the top 10

UFC outsold Infamous on the PS3 ouch, 175k is pretty low.

Hardware is pretty low all round.

Cant believe Halo3 is still in the top 20!!

very few exclusives sell well on the ps3 for some truely odd reason, no matter how great they are. it isnt like the install base isnt there for great sales...it's just people arnt buying the games...and i dont have a clue why? some games are slow burners tho, hopefully thats the case for infamous, because sucker punch deserve better then sub 200k sales.

yeah, its a lot of companies biggest earner in terms of consoles....and some exclusives prove it can be done in a relatively short timeframe (MGS4 for example) games like motorstorm and resistacne where slow burners over the course of 2 years. but everything else just kinda falls off the map. games that should have sold phenominally, like killzone 2 and LBP, really didnt do anywhere near as well as they should have. i'd blame it on marketing, but i honestly dont think thats it (even though sony is terribel in that regard). i just dont think PS3 owners like buying good games...and i dont know why.

PS3 is pretty much selling the same amount as a PS2???? They seriously need to arrange a substantial price drop before things get really embarrasing.

I read this morning that the Conduit for the Wii has sold less than 73k since it's late June release.

It's really something. The Wii has a 50 Million install base and a 3rd party game publisher can't even sell 100k units of anything on it. An install base that large and they don't buy any software.
