...well...I was kind of giddy about the map because it got autographed by the actual cast of Game of Thrones (and Emilia Clarke actually personalized it by including my name)..as oppose to just the map. Not braggin...well, I am kind of braggin, but not to the point of being annoying...I think.

Sadly He wasn't there at Comic Con that year (2011) The Queen (Lena Headly) the arrogant midget (Peter Dinkledge) Kingslayer (Nickolai Coaster) Jon Snow (Kitt Harrington) The Author (RR Martins) and the beautiful and cool Khaleesi (Emilia Clarke) was there. I had a whole conversation with her about season 1's final scene..her nude with those dragons. lol, she even asked did I like that scene, and she was very nervous.....damn I wanted to tap that.

She was nervous when she asked you if you liked her nude scene? Dude, that's a tell. Next time that happens, get down on one knee and propose. You'll at least get a kiss.

"Lord Tyrion" rolled his midget eyes at me, when I said I was rooting for him to win the emmy. If it wasn't for me having a frozen cold heart, he could had actually hurt my feeling...*sob*...well, everyone else was Super Cool though. I'm still on cloud 9 that Emilia Clarke actually asked me if I really like her "dragon scene", and she said she was very nervous shooting that scene. It dawned on me afterwards, that she may have been nervous because she was butt booty naked (like how I like her) ^_^

Man..I wanted to get down on my knees to her....but it wasn't to propose to her. ZING!!!!!!!

Sadly I won't be attending San Diego Comic Con this year (the first year I've missed in 4 years) but I'm definitely going next year. *fingers crossed*

Also, I've seen a few interviews that the guy that plays Tyrion has done, and he always seems to role his eyes when someone pays him a compliment, but it doesn't strike me as somehow an intent to disrespect, but more an intent to suggest that he doesn't believe he's deserving, or that he's flattered that someone would say such a thing. Still, that's just my impression of him from tv/online interviews I've seen. You met the man in person, so you no doubt were able to get a much better feel for the man than I ever have.

I learned Jon Snow is a pretty cool dude. Shook my hand and all that! (he obviously gets all the pussy) Tyrion, I guess he is just naturally assholish. I still love his character on Game of Thrones, and he's still ok with me.....but if he rolls his eyes at me again...I will midget toss him! lol

Did I deserve it? hmmmm...probably. I was kind of star-struck..and I may have stuttered..a bit, when I spoke to him...and I may have peed a little on myself too....

btw, Lena Heady looks alot like Mila Jovovish in person. I actually didn't know who she was until I got home, after from my trip from SDCC.

Excellent Game of Thrones episode #SecondSons Butt-booty-naked Melisandre and Khaleesi in one episode!!!! (hopefully this will satisfy, since we have to wait for two weeks to see the next episode...damn memorial day rating break)

Well if you guys have read the books then you know it doesn't get better for the Starks. As I said in the first season's thread, what happens to them is tragic, mean and without requital. There's no justice coming for them. It just keeps getting worse.

You will ALL come to dread the day that Robert Baratheon made his journey to Winterfell to call on Ned to become the King's Hand. It changed the lives of the Starks forever. :(

Ykes, Grim, I didn't read that spoiler, but you make it sound like there's literally nothing positive to look forward to on any front regarding anybody named Stark, or that has a direct blood relation to Ned Stark. The thought that we will come to dread the day Robert journeyed to Winterfell to ask Ned to become the King's Hand, as if we aren't already clearly at that point, is both very disturbing and demoralizing, especially because many have to be hoping for their luck to somehow turn.

I was tempted as hell to read that spoiler, but I ultimately didn't. For safety, and to protect others from spoilers, hopefully you can still edit most of that out, or maybe a mod can. Because, trust me, I still want to read what you've posted behind that spoiler, and I'm fighting not to look at it for fear of what I'll see. If I'm tempted, others will certainly be also.

I keep listening to this song over and over and over. The words have never been more true. Seems like having any sense of honor at all in this story is like the kiss of death. The Starks have been unbelievably honorable throughout this entire series, and it just keeps coming at such a high cost. Sure, there's moments of imperfection when they appear to break the rules, but never in what I would classify as an entirely unreasonable manner. The moment Jamie showcased even slight signs of honor and did, in our eyes, his first really good deed in protecting brienne from being raped, it was shortly followed up by his losing his friggin hand.

My anger at this episode has not changed in the slightest. I still can't believe it happened. The most promising thing besides Arya being okay, is that I believe that really cool great uncle went to go take a piss, and likely wasn't slaughtered along with everybody else.
