Since 6918 DaysThis is to be expected, but what wasn't expected is that even with my super-rig this game brings my comp to a crawl in most areas. Not much to comment on, though my stamina bar disappeared.

Since 7442 DaysMouse movement and input lag is annoying, so I hooked up my Dualshock 3 and mapped the buttons in and I was good to go (but it still has delay lag for menus and all).
Character customization is decent, I cant even rotate my character to see it from other angles, no good :(
Now my PC is pretty strong, can run Crysis games at 35 to 60 FPS, but this game is weird. Graphically it is no visual beast, but the damn thing lags too much.
When I wa sin Aion beta you could fly all over the place and it wouldnt lag as much as this game does.
And I also agree with Tomarru, the very beginning is very bad, it took me ALOT of time just to figure out how to manage to join other people after you get off the ship.
I have also no idea how to get into battle at all, its too complicated IMO.
Aion was much better IMO, easier to get into, much better customization for your character, much more beautiful art and visuals...etc.
One thing I do give kudos though is the gamepad, it is so awesome they did this.
Easy to hook up and map them, I wish more games (Guild Wars 2 in particular) could do such a thing...but I know they wont.
I am going to play it now and hopefully I can dive into action and not get lost in the game all confused :(

It's sorta ironic how unintuitive this game is, despite being streamlined in many ways for a console release. It's not surprising though. It suffers from a lot of the same issues that FF11 did.

They dont explain properly or dont give you basic tutorial and guide you to your first adventure, just tons of text you have to read, and some of the NPCs starts talking "ye old pirate yarr" type stuff that I cant even understand it...text!
The game lags too much and it has delay for anything you do., just not fun.
IMO Aion is much better, it is more friendly beginner to guide you through until you can go on your own and start killing and getting XP and doing quests and whatnot.
And I didnt have one graphical issue with that, ran super smooth and all.
Now both are supporting monthly fee, if going by betas, both had open betas, Aion would be the one I would definitely get and pay for (not that I will).
Anyways, I deleted the beta.

Since 7551 DaysAs for this game, words can not describe how shitty the update system is. I swear, SE is run by chimps. This by far is one of the worst OB's I have ever seen(top 3 easy), and considering that it isn't uncommon for MMOs to have issues on OB, that really is quite an accomplishment.
